Multi-Vendor AI Orchestration
Provider-agnostic routing across major model vendors. Policy controls, cost ceilings, fallbacks, structured outputs, and complete audit trails — all behind a single interface.
QANT Pty Ltd is an Australian technology company specialising in API-first platform architecture, AI integration, and digital product development.
Senior practitioners. Accountable end-to-end. Operating quietly from Brisbane since 1999.
QANT Pty Ltd was established in 1999 and has spent more than 25 years designing, building, and operating digital systems for organisations that take infrastructure seriously — government, major venues, aviation, and critical industry among them.
We work at the intersection of platform engineering, applied AI, and product strategy. Our practice is deliberately small: senior engineers and designers, accountable end-to-end, partnering with clients who value precision and longevity over churn.
The company operates from Brisbane, delivering across Australia and internationally. Alongside client engagements we develop and operate QANT Core, our internal platform, and a curated portfolio of digital brands.
The practice has been led by the same principal — Adam Burgess, founder and managing director — across every year since 1999. The accountability runs in a continuous line from the company’s establishment through to current engagements.
Every capability is exposed as a versioned API. Every tenant runs as an isolated instance with regional data residency by default.
Provider-agnostic routing across major model vendors. Policy controls, cost ceilings, fallbacks, structured outputs, and complete audit trails — all behind a single interface.
SSO, MFA, and granular RBAC. Tenant-scoped directories with delegated administration.
Envelope-encrypted vaulting for keys, tokens and secrets. Full access logs.
Structured inventory and runbooks for hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Continuous discovery of public-facing assets, vulnerabilities, and anomalies.
Australia, European Union, Middle East, and United States instances. Customer data does not cross regional boundaries — by architecture, not by policy.
Client-side envelope encryption for sensitive payloads — medical, legal, and PII. Customer-held keys; the platform cannot read.
A representative cross-section of the environments QANT has delivered into over the 25+ years.
Platform delivery for state and federal agencies with strict procurement and accreditation requirements.
Operational systems for stadia and events where availability and latency are non-negotiable.
Tooling and integration work where safety, auditability and resilience define the baseline.
Systems engineered for low-connectivity, harsh environments, and long deployment lifecycles.
Production AI: retrieval, agents, and structured generation — with the guardrails operators require.
Zero-trust design, secrets management and isolation patterns for regulated and sensitive workloads.

QANT Core is our API-first, multi-instance platform. Every capability — identity and access, cryptographic credential storage, multi-vendor AI orchestration, IT documentation, public-exposure scanning, multi-region data residency, and client-side payload encryption — is exposed as a versioned API behind a single tenant-scoped instance. The same platform powers the brands in our own portfolio and the bespoke deployments we build for clients, so customers get production-tested infrastructure rather than a one-off build.

QANT Pty Ltd is headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The team delivers projects across Australia and internationally.
Customer data is stored in the region of the instance — AU (Australia), EU (European Union), ME (Middle East), or US (United States) — and does not cross regional boundaries by architecture, not by policy. For sensitive payloads (medical records, legal documents, personally identifying information) QANT Core supports client-side envelope encryption with customer-held keys: the platform routes and retains, but cannot read. We operate on a least-privilege basis internally and ship tenant-scoped audit logs for every read.
Your data is your data. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or pass it to any third party for commercial purposes. The full detail — what we collect, how long we retain it, and the rights you have over it — is set out in our privacy policy.
Selectively, yes. We license QANT Core to a small number of partners on a per-instance basis, with the regional residency choice (AU, EU, ME, or US) made at provisioning time. Licensing typically accompanies a delivery engagement so the platform is configured to the operator's environment and integrated with their identity, payment, and audit surfaces from day one. We do not offer self-serve sign-up — every licensed instance is provisioned and reviewed by us.
For Australian small businesses, Red Bridge Cyber is our independent cybersecurity-advisory brand — clear, vendor-independent guidance on the security baselines that matter for SMBs without the enterprise overhead. It runs on QANT Core and reuses the same scanning and monitoring substrate we recommend to clients.
At the regulated, governance-heavy end of the market, VMAAS Australia is a separate Australian cybersecurity firm focused on vulnerability management as a service for organisations that need ongoing, vendor-independent governance of their public attack surface.
VMAAS and Red Bridge Cyber address different problems — VMAAS sits in the regulated space, Red Bridge Cyber sits at the small-business end — but the underlying technical bench is shared.
Government and public sector, aviation and critical infrastructure, major venues and live events, remote and industrial operations, applied AI and structured-output systems, and secure platform architecture. We are deliberately selective and tend to engage where precision and longevity matter more than novelty. Across our own brand portfolio we operate in health and wellness, digital publishing, AI productivity tooling, cybersecurity, professional services, and creative content.
